• All Claims for shortage or defect must be made within 72 hours of receipt or are waived.
• Any merchandise returned to ProToolForm, Inc. must have our consent and is subject to a restocking fee.
• Our liability is limited to replacing the short or defective material or refunding the purchase price, if paid.
• Special and custom orders are not returnable and non-cancellable.
• Purchase orders may be cancelled and replaced with items of similar value subject to the approval of ProToolForm Inc.
• If payment is made on a terms account, you agree to pay within 30 days or are subject to a 1.5% finance charge monthly (18% APR) until the balance is paid in full.
• Commercial customers may elect to pay with a credit card, amounts over 3000 dollars are subject to a 3% processing fee.
